Q.  Can I use my own title company?
 
A.  Yes.  Just make sure they sure they conduct back-to-back closings involving Short Sales.

Q.  Do you have a title company that you prefer?
 
A.  Yes.  We can make the entire transaction turn-key for your convenience. 

Q.  Can CrossLInk provide me with a pre-approval letter?
 
A.  Yes.  We will need your buyers name along with some other information to populate your document.

Q. Can you fund REO transactions?

A. Of course. We can fund any type of back-to-back closing.

Q. Do you have a minimum or maximum amount you can fund?

A. We do not have any limits, however anything over 1 million will have special consideration and pricing.

Q.  Is CrossLink a nationwide service?
 
A.  Yes. 

Q.  What if the deal falls apart at the closing?
 
A.  Not a problem.  Crosslink will not hold you liable for any fees.  We strongly believe in our service and stand by a no close no pay policy. We know that you will utilize CrossLink in your next transactions.  

Q.  Can I use CrossLink's Short Sale Funding for a hard money loan?
 
A.  No.  At this time CrossLink is only designed specifically as a 24 hr. loan. 

Q.  Is CrossLink able to provide conventional funding?
 
A.  No. CrossLink Funding was not established to provide conventional financing and is not a mortgage broker. 

Q.  Do your require any credit checks or appraisals?
 
A.  No.  We fund simply the short sale transaction and are not concerned with appraisals or credit checks.

CrossLink Funding was established for the short sale investor by short sale investors. With a little over 6 years of experience we have seen the many struggles investors have had trying to close their short sale transactions when the lenders keep changing their guidelines.  We knew there had to be a better way.  This gave the founders of CrossLink Funding the brilliant idea of providing a one day loan to consummate  the short sale transaction. The short sale investor was no longer left with having to bring cash to the table in which they may not have  or try to obtain hard money which can be very costly.  Not only is our service cost effective but also can be implemented with ease into any investors day to day business activities.
