To avoid any seasoning issues, we highly recommend the use of a Land Trust. A sample Land Trust Agreement, Deed and other trust documents are available with the Short Sale Analyzer.
Consult with your attorney for State Compliance.

To properly disclose your re-sell intentions, we highly recommend the use of the Option Contract when negotiating the Short Sale.
